Duane was born on 14th February 1962 and grew up in Strelley. He met his soon-to-be wife, Wendy, in March of 1979 and married the following year in the March of 1980.

Soon followed a family of his own with; daughter - Brookland born in 1981 and son - Grant born in 1984

Over the years the family grew with three grandchildren; Lily, Bailey, and Megan, with whom he enjoyed spending quality time playing, building, fishing, and creating loving memories.

Duane was a loving man, respected by all, and enjoyed the friendships he created along his travels. He loved nothing more than spreading joy and laughter.
